I still remember being fascinated by the insights shared in UX team presentations during my time as a product manager, seeing how deeply understanding users could shape better experiences. Those moments set me on a path to pursue a Master of Information Studies with a focus on user experience research and data analysis. My journey, from managing projects and developing products to advancing my expertise through graduate study, has strengthened my ability to bridge users and innovation. PMP-certified, I’m currently developing projects in healthcare and SaaS, guided by values of accessibility and sustainability. I look forward to opportunities to manage and build impactful projects that deliver user-centered solutions.

LLMs are transforming how we interact with digital systems, as a 24/7 sales representatives, adaptable personal assistants, and reliable workplace collaborators. But how the way a chatbot "comes across" shapes user trust, and in turn, their willingness to rely on it. To dig into this, I ran a user study to examine how different chatbot personalities affect trust and user adoption in the context of course registration.
Energy transformation is critical in Canada's path to reducing climate risk. Under the 2030 Emissions Reduction Plan, Canada has committed to cutting GHG emissions by 40-45%. Our project compiles public datasets from Statistics Canada and the Government of Canada into a database that enables users to review energy supply and demand across provinces and trakc trends in GHG emissions from different energy sources.
While numerical ratings offer a quick snakshot of user satisfaction, richer insights often lie in customer comments. Textual feedback reveals pain points, unmet needs, and hidden opportunities that ratings alone can't fully capture. To unlock this value, we applied LDA topic modeling to Shopfiy reviews on Capterra, uncovering recurring themes that can guide product managers in refining user experience and enhancing product satisfaction.
Recovering from a mobility disability or amputation is often long, demanding, and limited by financial or geographic barriers to quality physiotherapy. VEHAB provides accessible, tailored rehabilitation by giver users real-time feedback on their exercises. Powered by LLMs, VLMs, and a RAG framework, VEHAB aims to provide reliable guidance while supporting patients in regaining mobility beyond clinics.
